Does the Grill Guru, or one of its accessories, have damage and/or a defect, and are you unsure whether this is covered by the warranty? Of course, we are happy to help out. However, we never make statements on this over the phone. 

This is because to properly assess the damage, we need photos of the defect/damage + a copy of your purchase receipt. You can submit a submit service request for this, and we will reply by e-mail. 

Please note; a copy of a debit card transaction does not serve as proof of warranty.

Do you have a new Grill Guru and have you submitted a service request? Then we can indicate that you can simply start using your kamado. This does not affect the warranty and further handling of your report. We will help you as soon as possible.
