Telephone contact for warranty

Does the Grill Guru, or one of its accessories, have damage and/or a defect, and are you unsure whether this is covered by the warranty? We are happy to figure this out with you!  

To do so, we need photos of the defect/damage + a copy of your purchase receipt for proper assessment. You can submit a service request for this, and we will reply by e-mail.

We do not make any warranty statements over the phone.
