When your kamado is leaking smoke, and you already have replaces the gasket, you probaly need to adjust the dome / hinge.
If you have already used the Grill Guru a lot, it may sometimes need to be readjusted so that there is no air/smoke leakage. To adjust the lid, you can loosen the bolts on the top ring, move the lid slightly up and down a few times so that it lands properly on the dome, then retighten the bolts. Do not overtighten the bolts. As soon as you feel resistance, this is enough, as the ceramic needs room to expand.
Is the problem still not solved? Then also check the condition of the felt. If it is damaged, this may cause a 'leak'.
Important: when moving the lid, make sure that your Grill Guru does not fall over. You really need 2 people to adjust it!
When the dome & base do not exactly fit on each other, it is also possible to place shims between the bolts and the metal band. from the hinge and the metal band.
